WHERE IS THE LOVE?

Why should be even need to ask that question?  Isn’t it normal to love?  Well for some people it is very normal and for others it isn’t.  What is unconditional love versus conditional love?

Unconditional love means you love unconditionally.  You give without the thought of needing to receive.

Conditional love means you love with rules and conditions which if not meant means you are likely to withdraw the love.

I have encountered both sorts of people many times.  The givers and the takers, the carers and the sacrificers.

Who are you in your own world?  Do you take care of yourself or do you sacrifice yourself?  What about others?

We can all have agendas in life.  Refugees, war, homeless people, unemployed people, rich people, religions, propoganda, politics and money.

Unconditionally we should be sending out high frequency vibes everywhere to help this world to assume the understanding and compassionate knowledge of loving unconditionally.  Make a little love,  make a little move towards peace and harmony.

If you are used and abused, say no more and give yourself the love you are lacking.  Do not make neglect your mantra, instead embrace the possibilities of the abundance of love.

This world has to learn to love before it thinks!

Use the tools you have and meditate when you are able.

STRESS AND YOU

Welcome to my newsletter.  Enjoy the read.

Stress and You

So I wrote an amazing newsletter  just now and about ways to cope with stress.  It was really good, describing my inner feelings, with photos, website links and all.    Then I accidentally deleted it and my world went into stress overwhelm which is what the newsletter was all about.  Coping with stress.

My life has been very stressful lately with the passing of my mother, two weeks before we were due to visit her.  A recent overseas trip which was both amazing and created a huge lifestyle shift for me which wasn’t so amazing in some ways and doesn’t need to be explained here.  However, I realise that you just have to find ways to cope with stress because it occurs in life.

This leads me to contemplate.  How do you do that?

Love in the little things.

Recognise that overwhelm isn’t your best friend and allow your mind to look after you by exploring alternative ways to get around stressful situations and your lifestyle expectations.

Let other people go if they do not serve you.

Be yourself and be kind to yourself.

Recognise your immune system is affected by stress as mine has been with bronchial infections lately and know that you can only do so much before you really need to know it is ok to stop and look out for yourself!

You are not everone else’s solution in life.  You are your own creator.  So rely on the Creator both inside and above to assist you in times of need.  Allow people to support you and let Go and let God when you can.

Be able to understand that sometimes computers and devices, social media are friends and sometimes the trees are better friends.

Take time to know why and who you are.  Be at peace.

Use the tools you have and meditate when you are able.

Follow Your Heart Living

This video is so inspiring.  It is a medicine woman who has constructed her ideal home herself and living her heart life.  Please watch it as it really makes you think about creating alternative choices in life.

It makes me think about life even more.  Recently my mum passed away of heart failure at the age of 95 years.  It is something that makes everything in your world upside down and you have to re-evaluate your life and everything you hold dear in the process.

I have been looking at various youtube videos for a while and realise that I often look at Tiny Houses, different lifestyles and things that are unique.  I am pondering my own living.

When life throws you lemons you can make lemonade as they say, or you can go sour and forget to put the sugar in.  I choose the sweetness of life.

As a part of this choice I have decided to walk more everyday; to not sweat the small stuff and of course to be grateful for everything I already have.

That is a key to living a heart life.  Know you are doing what you love and if you aren’t, change it.  You are empowered to change in the connection to yourself.  It is expected don’t you think to explore your own self deeply until you find a fit.

So I hope you find a great fit for yourself in your life choices.

WHAT DOES BURNOUT LOOK LIKE?

Really though, burnout looks like this…..


Burnout is when you just can’t go on.  thinking, being, knowing, continuing, sleeping, being awake, talking, answering questions, pretending.

If you are experiencing burnout, one of the hardest things to do is to step off the treadmill but it is the thing you need to force yourself to do the most.  The consequences of burnout are breakdown.  Emotional/physical/spiritual/energetic breakdown.

Some strategies to counter burnout are:

Remembering it isn’t going to be the end of the world if you change the status quo.

People will respond to you how you expect them to sub-consciously so take some time to meditate and be alone to evaluate what you really want in your environment.

Rest, even if it means laying down for twenty minutes or turning off the devices!

Do not answer the phone, the email or the door for a mandatory half hour period every day.

Be kind to yourself first.

Eat well and drink plenty of water.

Watch a funny movie and don’t pay yourself out for the downtime.  

Read a book, do a self-hypnosis, get a massage.

Remember the key to avoiding burnout is to recognise patterns that need changing and do one thing at a time to change them.  If you try to throw the baby and the bathwater out at the same time you have probably already burned out.

Take magnesium, zinc and B vitamins to help you help your nervous system and body to cope.

STOP for a bit!

I hope this helps you.  You are allowed to be yourself.  That is why you were put on this Earth in the first place.  It is all about self love and acceptance not work, worry and strain incorporating stress.

Please if you haven’t already, get this hypnosis track and relax!!!!!!  Please look after yourself.  You deserve it.  It isn’t only your car that needs servicing.
