    I have used Katherine Brights, “Letting Go Meditation – Hypnosis To Sleep” during times I have found life a bit tough and felt the weight of old issues weighing me down and slowing my movement forward. Even as a healer it can be tough at times and having extra tools in the kit that can help you move forward can be an absolute blessing. Being a meditation that is performed before sleep is great, as it helps you to release issues while you sleep in a more peaceful state without the thought processes that can block the process of letting go. Wouldn’t be without it.
